Yoga and meditation
Yoga develops physical flexibility and emotional stability.
Meditation helps to keep the body, mind and soul in perfect health.
Quite meditation tunes the mind towards concentration along with providing an opportunity
for introspection.
Having realized this, all the classes at our school have a regular period for learning,
practicing yoga and meditation.
Regular exhibitions are held to unearth the talent of the students.
Competitions at various levels are held and pupils are duly awarded.
Cultural shows form a part of all the school celebrations.
